In Data analysis track , you have mentioned three levels. Professional, Expert and Guru.
The doubt is whether professional has to do any certification to become a Expert or Guru OR simply experience and knowledge is enough?

A Resource has to definitely get certified as Professional in order to advance to the next level , Expert and finally Guru. Experience and Knowledge alone is not enough.
