1.1 Project Support

On demand training is offered to build necessary skills and competencies for the ongoing and upcoming project team.

1.2 Technology

Here, we train the consultants on various tools and technology to develop BI solutions. Based on individuals interest, different levels of certification programs are conducted across BI verticals.

Data Integration: This offers hands-on training in ETL tools such as Informatica, Data Integrator and Data Stage.

Data Analysis: This offers hands-on training in reporting tools like MicroStrategy, Business Objects and Cognos.

Data Design: This discusses the data modeling and database development techniques specific to Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata and Netezza.

Best Practices: This is a cognitive process that can be obtained through thorough knowledge and experience of project execution. We persist associates to understand, learn and incorporate best practices in their project tasks.

1.3 Management

BI projects are multidimensional with high level of interaction between various teams and high visibility to senior management. By focusing on all these requirements we help associates evolve as a strong contender in business environment. In Data analysis track , you have mentioned three levels. Professional, Expert and Guru.
The doubt is whether professional has to do any certification to become a Expert or Guru OR simply experience and knowledge is enough?

A Resource has to definitely get certified as Professional in order to advance to the next level , Expert and finally Guru. Experience and Knowledge alone is not enough.
