As an initiative of Systech Academy, we had a presentation on "Games people play" by Mr. Umapathy, Deputy General Manager, Talent Transformation, Reliance Retail Ltd. on June 06th, 2008.
This initiative is to provide sessions on soft skills which will help the associates to equip themselves in those areas and to mark their presence as an active player in whatever role they perform. Such sessions help them to plan, execute, adapt to change and learn from their experiences. To brief about the session, it was interactive and thought provoking.
