The trained associates could effectively work on the open office tools as they work on Microsoft office tools. The Ultimate aim of this training was to discuss on the issues caused in using the applications and provide with the solutions.

We will provide the required support and guidance to all the associates in using the applications effectively.

2. Introduction to open office WRITER.
3. Introduction to open office BASE.
4. Introduction to open office IMPRESS.

Netezza Quick Start Program

Objective of this Training is to develop associates who will be masterized in this Netezza Technology and who will be competent to resolve client queries. These Trained associates will support the clients using both the business & technology perspectives acquired to this Training.

The Netezza Quick Start Program is a 30 days program which will address all the issues and queries which will be raised by the client during the initial phase.

We will provide support and guidance to the client for the first thirty days during Project initiation. Our ultimate goal through this Training is to acquire the utmost client satisfaction.

This Quick start Training package includes concepts of, Netezza - Professional/Advanced/Quick Start and also it is inclusive of Soft skill sessions which may deal with the communication capabilities, customer relationship & other behavioral aspects in terms of communication.
