The Datamart meeting was held on 27th of April between 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm for the three Datamart Teams (Network Support System, Operations, and Training) with Maruthu. The scope of this meeting was to have a review of the Datamart projects by Maruthu.

Phone Etiquettes Training

The Phone Etiquettes Training was conducted under the expert guidance of Sudha Gopal mainly focussing on the comfort level of the resources while handling the phone calls from clients.Those resources associated with Nationwide Finance Project were the participants.
More training sessions on the different modes of communication skills are in the pipeline.
