Phone Etiquettes Training


The Phone Etiquettes Training was conducted under the expert guidance of Sudha Gopal mainly focussing on the comfort level of the resources while handling the phone calls from clients.Those resources associated with Nationwide Finance Project were the participants.
More training sessions on the different modes of communication skills are in the pipeline.

am really glad that I did attend the phone skills training conducted on the 30th by Sudha.

She covered very basic things which are really very important.

I would really suggest you to do similar kind of training for others too.

The training was really good. It is essential because we know only general telephone manners not the professional one. We learnt more about professional telephone etiquettes from this training.



My suggestion is, regarding the time differences between India and other countries, if we have a chart circulated to all specifying the time variations it will be helpful when we make client calls.

Hi Sunitha,

The phone etiquettes class was very useful. I did understand many things from it, How to handle a call?.. How to speak to an unknown person within an organization… phone mannerism… etc. I hope others also get such training so that it would be of great help to them.
