Presentation on Customer Satisfaction and Correlation

Maruthu very clearly outlined the roles played by the support team in the overall process and stressed on the need for having a transparent work environment.The highlight was on the need for coordination amongst the support teams and its impact on the DMG.

The Presentation and discussion was very vital in the context of the situation and in the perfect time (Before the new Batch started). We realised how each ones role in the department is linked and how critical the information each one possesses and the need to share within the departments.
