It is one of the talked about topics in the corporate world....The webinar was quite informative as the speaker had detailed about the strategies to keep employees motivated. We happened to get a detailed insight about the importance of communication before and after every apparaisal.
Thanks to Sunitha for giving us an opportunity to enhance our knowledge base.
