This is a basic training which deals with communication, ettiquettes and the Do's and Dont's of A Business environment.This training is most handy for those who will be visiting onsite first time as it helps us to learn a little about the culture and practices there.

This business etiquette training program has really made a big impact on me and I have learnt so much which I was not aware of. Especially phone and e-mail etiquettes are helping me a lot in day to day business environment. Big thanks to our trainer Sudha. The games and interactive sessions conducted were very helpful in learning and grasping the subject very quickly. This training also made me to prepare myself mentally strong, and co-operate and mingle with our colleagues to a great extent. Leadership skills taught with perfect examples was awesome. I really look forward for more number of such programs to enrich my knowledge and skills.
