The training program on Project Management was very informative and it gave the real approach to view a project. The training was very practical that we could follow the various project management activities in our day to day project and improve professionalism. Henceforth it could be helpful for us to handle the projects in more realistic way than considering it as a project on the whole. The training materials provided was also very descriptive and useful.
The "Project Management: Team's Perspective" trainig makes us understand about the project, project phase, life cycle and many more. He gives some examples which worths. If there are some case studies it will help us to get more ideas. Simple saying every professional need to attend this type of Training.
This is the most important training. The knowledge of technology may make someone comfortable in working operational work but this training will teach how to react and act in adverse situations during the project lifecycle. The examples Maruthu was giving were really helpful. I will request Maruthu to judge me in future and intimate the same if I am deviating from the inputs of this training. I hope the project I am leading now will be the best exercise for me and I will be more professional here after.
